Just charged me 445,00PLZ for a ride from Warsaw Central Train Station to Warsaw Chopin Airport. Usually the fare is 45.00PLZ-100.00PLZ. The taxi drivers at the station directed me to this guy when I asked for a taxi. In saw it was a limo and I asked, regular taxi with regular fare, and the driver (very short haired muscular guy) said yes. The "taryff" said 75.00PLZ once we started, and halfway through the ride I saw 100.00PLZ additional charge due to route. Somehow at the end he changed it to 445.00PLZ total. I was about to miss my flight so I had no choise but to pay. Polish police have no way to submit online report (for tourists who fall to these scams).
