Employees of the company "Green Rent" refused to help me, recommending organization and repair on his own. Thanks to the kindness of friends who lent me my own car, and the owner of the company in Czersk with whom we had an appointment for an important meeting, we managed to: make it to the meeting, return with the keys and jack and take the wheel off (no spare wheel), take the wheel to Czersk, buy and replace the tire after the company's operating hours, go back and replace the wheel. (More than 100 additional kilometers) During the replacement of the wheel, it turned out that the damaged tire is just like the other 3 tires with the old, 3-year-old tire !! A WINTER TIRE pulled down !! The total cost I incurred is about PLN 600, of which I paid PLN 400 for the purchase and replacement of the tire. After reporting the entire event to the company, I received an assurance that I would receive a PLN 400 refund, which seemed to be an elegant approach to the client. Then I called several more times and each time I heard the same false explanations that ... "through the accountants' fault, etc ..." A typical delaying game and discouraging the client.
