Retos Czapka Spółka Jawna, whose owner is Mrs. Emilia Czapka, has been strongly associated with the Renault Trucks brand since its inception. We set ourselves the goal of establishing and maintaining long-term cooperation with customers of the transport industry in the field of comprehensive fleet service. The convenient location of the company by the national road No. 1 Gdańsk - Cieszyn and the proximity of the Czech border made Renault Trucks Polska Sp. z o. o., in May 1998, awarded the company concessions for servicing, extended to include the sale of cars of this brand in January 1999.

As an authorized Renault Trucks car service, the company purchased modern service cars. These cars were included in the Renault Serwis 24 system, providing assistance to cars damaged on the road all day long. The scope of these activities includes a tow car that also provides services outside of our country. Most repairs are carried out in a modern car workshop equipped with 5 repair stands. The company performs all kinds of repairs from sheet metal, through painting to mechanical finishing, through a specialized staff. The material inventory in the company and continuous communication with the main warehouse of Renault Trucks car parts allow you to shorten the repair time to a minimum. The task of the sales department is to sell new and used Renault Trucks trucks optimally suited to the customer's needs. The continuous expansion of the scope of activities has led to the creation of a modern two-station roller car wash for cars and trucks. In June 2001, Retos launched the District Vehicle Inspection Station, which provides technical testing services for all types of passenger cars, trucks and vans, including gas installations, buses, motorcycles, mopeds and vehicles transporting hazardous materials. In 2004, the analog tachograph service was launched, which in January 2007 extended the scope of services to include calibration and calibration of digital tachographs. Thanks to many years of functioning within the framework of the Renault Trucks network, our company obtained in 2010 the possibility of further expansion in Lower Silesia. In January 2011, we opened a sales office in Pietrzykowice near Wrocław to offer Renault Trucks trucks to customers in the Lower Silesia region. In order to offer our customers from the region beyond the truck range also a full range of Renault Trucks vehicle service in February 2012, we launched the authorized RENAULT TRUCKS service in a new facility in Pietrzykowice, ul.
