For over 15 years we have been offering specialized IT services for accounting offices and companies with technical problems related to accounting (handling invoices).

Our basic service is processing / conversion of accounting entries in electronic form, in such a way that in the target accounting program you get the same list of documents and the same sums (balances) as in the source program (invoicing, warehouse or other accountant). During the processing, it is possible to automatically improve the data quality by:

• preliminary documenting (based on the type of document, contractor)
• removal of documents not subject to posting (eg VPs, receipts, invoices to a receipt)
• matching the description of the event to the content of invoices (if the content of the item is available)
• conversion of amounts in foreign currencies according to exchange rates (automatic update of tables)
• correcting names and addresses of counterparties (recognized after NIP or symbol)
• linking the contractor by name / NIP / symbol / bank account with the number of the analytical account
• error detection (eg incorrect TIN, inappropriate decree for a given document)
• binding final invoices with advance payments and appropriate modification of postings
• associating the bank statement amounts with a list of invoices
• generating cash reports from individual KP and KW
• generating fiscal reports from the list of receipts

We do not provide factual advice in the field of accounting. We do not provide tax advisory services. We do not analyze data for compliance with legal regulations, source documents (paper) or actually performed economic operations. We protect your data from unauthorized access and do not provide any information to third parties. We do not retain our own copy of the data provided by the client (any possibly copied data will be irretrievably deleted after 7 days from the end of the service).

Our IT interests are also beyond the scope of accounting - we create software for processing other types of data, for example in the field of simulation of land and water vehicles, and we also process old microprocessor devices (eg numerically controlled machine tools from the '80s).
