CONSULTING AND CONSULTING
We support companies in the transition of the whole process of conscious and consistent development and implementation of system solutions that effectively manage human resources.
We recommend that in the first place:
- precede project activities with the diagnosis of organizational effectiveness based on the Human Performance Improvement (HPI) model;
- develop on its basis a coherent HRM strategy, goals and recommendations of projects to be undertaken;
- arrange a plan and schedule of activities in individual projects;
Depending on the results of the diagnosis and set plans, we can help design and implement system solutions that support the functioning of organizations and employees.
WORKSHOP TRAINING
We never offer training that we could sell, but they will not give much to the company and its employees.
The aims of workshop training usually concern:
- Practical application of tools and systems for managing people developed in the framework of consulting projects
- improvement of managerial competences,
- developing personal competencies necessary for the work of specialists (eg sales, customer service, internal communication),
- supporting changes in attitudes and habits during the implementation of changes;
- training strengthening selected skills.
