He is an adviser, a teacher, a defender of his own client, but he does not say what is required or should be done, he is waiting for such a response from the consumer, of course. Each of us wants mental support in many disciplines of life. More and more often, people living expressively, strenuously, feel stress and anxiety - in many cases, such mental states occur in people, which is the duty to make important decisions, responsible for large teams of employees, that is, for people in managerial positions. Coaching, comes vis-a-vis to such states, helping consumers to find their old self in everyday life, motivate them to act and react properly. For now, coaching can be called a paranaucracy - there are no scientific bases for this sphere yet. We find a lot of stressful situations in our lives - family problems, change of job, position, team change, failure on various levels. Some people cope wonderfully, take challenges, adapt without problems to original situations, others get stress associated with faith in failure. What to do in this situation? It would be best to have such a guardian angel next to each other, who will help us take our faith in ourselves, give inspiration to hope and show the future in warm shades. Against this wish comes the development of competence, we get a private trainer, how a psychoanalyst, like a psychoanalyst, draws information from us from the distant past, trying to find out what contributed to the collapse. They can be various, incidental to us incidents of professional and personal life, which involuntarily influenced us. A personal trainer, in other words a coach, will support us, encourage us, motivate us, but will not give us an answer to what's next. We must seek this answer ourselves. When the company develops dynamically, the changes take place quickly, because it needs the specificity of the company, the management may notice that employees so far focused on success, correctly promising for the future, start behaving as if they have suddenly lost their faith in themselves and their actions . This proves that you have to invite a coach to the company as soon as possible, in other words a trainer - carer. Coaching is an innovative training method, recently introduced to Poland, but it is growing faster on the market, in other words, it is needed. Coach, in other words a personal trainer, at his sessions, tries to find out the answer to the situation with the group - it helps with such actions as the Call center.
