I managed the operation of the financial and IT departments. I have worked with banks to find and implement the most effective financial products for the company (cash pooling, zero balancing, collect system, channel finance). I implemented an ERP system in the enterprise. I cooperated in the implementation of ISO and QMS systems (Lentex obtained certificates in 2002).

I initiated and implemented Bussines Intelligence controlling tools (sales, receivables, inventories). I prepared and implemented strategic and annual activity plans. I was responsible for the budget, performance monitoring and financial liquidity. I have implemented international accounting standards in the company. I was in constant contact with the company's shareholders and capital market analysts. The implementation of the financial plans in the years 2000-2004 ensures the annual payment of dividends to shareholders.
