I have received damaged products. They were replaced but came damaged again. The container with the disinfectant had a cork broken from the protection, the cork was loose. Fluid was leaking from the canister. The package was wet with 2 deliveries. The company did not feel like replacing the baniak. After exchanging many e-mails, most of which I did not receive a reply, and having a conversation with a very rude employee of the store (he called me and started the attack, additionally coming up with various excuses and justifications for his company). Ultimately, we were left without the ordered product and invoice correction. The boss of this company joined the case. I hoped that after presenting the evidence, i.e. photos and e-mail correspondence that he asked for me (and he has access to his company's e-mails), he would solve the obvious case. Unfortunately, this was not the case. The boss also ignored some of my e-mails and ran customer service similar to his colleagues, which only confirmed my belief that the level of service in this company is tragic. Hopeless customer service, lies, arrogance is probably the motto of this company. I heartily do not recommend it.
