Opinia z 15/11 jest w 100% trafna. Zamówiona usługa, opłacona z góry - mija szósty dzień od planowanego odbioru paczki a ósmy od opłacenia usługi - zero sensownej aktualizacji. Przekładany termin odbioru codziennie o jeden dzień, brak jasnej informacji, mydlenie oczu przez Biuro Obsługi Klienta.

Okropna firma, która "nie ponosi żadnej odpowiedzialności" za termin realizowania przesyłki. Płatność przeszła wszyscy są zadowoleni i umywają ręce od jakiejkolwiek odpowiedzialności ? Transport zaplanowany na konkretny dzień i konkretną godzinę opłacony z góry a w momencie gdy kurier nie jest w stanie zrealizować zamówienia żadnej informacji ani od kuriera ani od strony epaka.pl. Czekasz człowieku bez żadnego wsparcia a gość na infolinii twierdzi, że takie rzeczy się zdarzają a data i czas za którą zapłaciłem są "planowane". I nie ponoszą odpowiedzialności za brak informacji o "przeplanowaniu" paczki na kolejny dzień ? kpina
