Minusy danej firmy:
- Brak szacunku do pracowników danej firmy;
- Niedocenianie pracy pracowników i przekonanie szefostwa, że firmie zależy tylko na zysku, wymaganie od pracownika jak największych efektów nie adekwatnych do zarobków;
- Nie dotrzymywanie słowa;
- Doproszenie się o podpisanie wniosku o urlop wypoczynkowy graniczy z cudem, wieczne narzekanie kierownictwa, że ludzie powinni cały czas pracować, a nie chodzić na urlopy;
- Największym absurdem jest wyznaczanie limitu czasowego na „odbicie się” na wyjście do toalety… ABSURD…
- Zacofanie organizacyjne pomiędzy sami pracownikami;
