Cyfrowe Centrum Serwisowe SA focuses its activities mainly in three areas: - activity in the provision of telecommunications equipment, tablets and selected models of digital cameras, - distribution activities - holding and investment activities. Activities in the provision of telecommunications equipment maintenance services include warranty and post-warranty repair service of telecommunications devices, tablets, selected digital camera models, logistics services, renewals and modifications of telecommunications devices at the request of mobile phone manufacturers and operators. The distribution activity includes wholesale and retail sale of mobile phones, smartphones, tablets, accessories, modems, notebooks and other electronic products. Holding and investment activities include supervision and coordination of subsidiaries' activities and capital investments. We started our service activities in 1995 in response to the needs related to the dynamic development of the NMT analogue cellular network in Poland. In June 2000, under the name of Cyfrowe Serwis Serwisowe, we became the first authorized service center on the Polish market. Thanks to the high level of service provided, we have become a partner for the leading Manufacturers of telecommunications equipment. We are currently repairing devices working in networks of all Polish operators. We provide service services based on the authorization of the following Manufacturers: - AnyData - Alcatel - CAT - Emporia - GIGASET - Huawei - Kazam - Samsung - ZTE In 2004, to meet the needs of our clients, the company started its distribution operations. Close cooperation with leading manufacturers of telecommunications devices has allowed us to create a rich and competitive offer in the field of product sales. Over the years, the company has gained the trust of significant companies and gained a strong position on the market as a service center providing repair services for telecommunications equipment (mobile phones, smartphones and tablets, landline phones, modems, etc.) and as a distributor of telecommunications products (mobile phones, smartphones, tablets) , accessories, modems, landline phones). In terms of its distribution and service activities, the company operates both on the Polish and international market. CCS has a wide distribution network in the form of partner stores and authorized service points located in major Polish cities. Our authorized service points (APS) in Poland allow faster and more effective access to customers, ensuring high efficiency of CCS operations. Regardless of the above, on the basis of agreements concluded, the company distributes goods to most retail chains in Poland dealing in the sale of telecommunications products. Demand for services and goods offered by CCS is determined by the boom in the telecommunications industry, in particular by the demand for mobile phones, smartphones and devices for wireless data transmission.
