I have many years of professional experience in the field of entrepreneurship and its financing. In my current practice, I was involved in preparing loan applications, applications for co-financing investment projects and preparing business plans. I occupied higher positions requiring management of a company and a group of employees.

As part of my professional activity, since 2004 I have been running my own business registered in the Voivodeship Labor Office in Warsaw as a training institution.

I am a graduate of PhD studies at the Collegium of Management and Finance, Warsaw School of Economics. I have pedagogical qualifications. I have successfully completed anti-corruption training.

I act as:

- an expert of the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development in the selection of projects for co-financing in the field of PO WER, PO IR, PO PW.

- an economic expert of the National Center for Research and Development for the evaluation of R & D projects and OP IR.

- an expert of the Regional Operational Program, including in the Mazowieckie, Zachodniopomorskie and Warmińsko-Mazurskie voivodships.

- candidate for the expert of the Ministry of Development in the field of innovation PO WER.

- expert of Government and Structural Programs (applications for co-financing and reports).

I have successfully completed all the trainings and exams in the field of the European Social Fund.

I act as a court expert at many District Courts in the country in the field of: financing in the financial perspective 2014-2020 and employment of disabled people.

Since 2013 I have been an expert at the Business Center Club for disability.

I am a frequent guest at the meetings of the Committee of Experts on Persons with Disabilities of the Office of the Ombudsman and meetings of the Sejm and Senate committees. I participate in a number of conferences on disability issues. I represent both the interests of employers and disabled employees.

I am a finalist of the competition for the WOMAN SUCCESS 2011 title and also the LEADER OF SUCCESS of the ALMAMER High School in Warsaw.
