SMSAPI is a platform for mass SMS sending , created by ComVision operating in the Internet industry since 2004. Originally, it served as a system supporting sales and customer service in online stores, informing buyers about the status of their orders directly to a mobile phone. Due to the high interest in our services, from mid-2007, we have expanded its functionality, enabling our clients to use the platform independently and carry out their own marketing and information campaigns.
Since then, we have been constantly developing the capabilities of our website and constantly increasing its functionality, adding new solutions that facilitate running personalized SMS campaigns. Currently, several hundred online stores and several thousand companies use our services. Only in 2013, our clients sent over 100 million SMSs.
The functionality of the SMSAPI platform enables:
Mass mailing of SMS and MMS messages - used in customer service and in marketing campaigns;
Receipt of SMS and MMS messages - facilitating two-way exchange of information between the company and clients;
Short Code service - enabling the use of a short 4-digit number to receive messages, useful in: competitions, votes, lotteries and opinion polls;
Checking to which network the given number belongs - HLR;
Using the "SMS rebates" application on Facebook.
The SMSAPI.pl platform allows sending SMS notifications via the API interface. Thanks to this, customers of online stores can know the status of their orders and estimated delivery time. This solution significantly facilitates communication and supports both the shipment of products and the operation of Customer Service Departments. It also translates into fewer returns and the need to send parcels again, because customers receive accurate information when they can expect a courier.
Functional and intuitive panel facilitates the delivery in a few seconds and thanks to the large number of ready modules and libraries, the integration of SMS alerts in e-shops is very simple. The system's capabilities go beyond standard shipping, and also allow you to: carry out marketing campaigns, test customer satisfaction and send discount codes.
