Największym problemem firmy nie jest brak pracy, tylko zachowanie jednej z osób nadzorujących zespół. Niestety zdarza się, że pojawia się w pracy w stanie wyraźnie sugerującym, że poprzedni wieczór był bardzo „intensywny”. Dla pracowników jest to frustrujące, bo trudno traktować poważnie polecenia osoby, która sama nie potrafi zachować profesjonalizmu. Atmosfera przez to jest napięta i wiele osób zwyczajnie ma już tego dość.
