Mr. Zbigniew debunked 2 of the 3 sleeping rooms, claiming that they were not moving. Debugging did not work correctly because he placed a fogger in the middle of the room and left. Correct debugging does not look like this (walk with the machine and spray every nook and cranny while wearing coveralls and mask). Of course debugging WAS NOT EFFECTIVE! Of course, he made another debug in one room as a guarantee (there were still live bedbugs in the other room as well, but he decided that this room didn't need any more) which was also NOT EFFECTIVE. No receipt, invoice or any payment documents, no information about the means he used (he did not give us the names), I have no contract to prove that such a service took place with us. Meetings were postponed many times, but he kept in touch. After the quarrel, we got to know the names of the funds he used and we recovered the money. If we were to continue to use the services of Mr. Zbigniew Mleko, there is no chance of getting rid of bedbugs. I DISCLAIM WITH ALL MY HEART, THE BIGGEST ENEMY I DO NOT WISH TO USE THE SERVICES OF THIS LORD.

Firstly, the debugging procedure was carried out in accordance with all procedures, in a sequential manner, and for each order I give a 6-month warranty and issue an invoice for the service. Second, the procedure was performed twice. Thirdly, without going into details, the manner in which I was treated by you bore the signs of harassment (several dozen calls every 2 hours), and the threats and invectives I heard from you should be reported to the police and pursued my rights. Fourth, although I do not feel guilty in any way, seeing the difficult economic situation at the place of the order, I have reimbursed you the fee. I was probably the last company that dared to come to you for debugging. TO THE BIGGEST ENEMY, I DO NOT WISH TO PROVIDE YOU WITH SERVICES.
