Słowo niekompetentny nie oddaje dramatu jaką ten pan robi w obsługiwanych WM.
Dla przykładu rozlicza media wbrew podjętym uchwałom, wydaje nasze pieniądze bez naszej zgody na cele, które nie były przewidziane w planie rocznym i na które nie ma stosownej uchwały, kradnie sprzęty należące do właścicieli lokali zamontowane na częściach wspólnych, nie reaguje na zgłoszenia, nie odbiera telefonów i nie odpowiada na maile.
Co więcej nie udostępnia dokumentów naszej WM ani członkom zarządu ani też członkom WM.
Istnieje podejrzenie, że został wybrany z naruszeniem prawa - jako że nie posiada dokumentów potwierdzających jego umocowanie.
Zdecydowanie przestrzegam przed tym człowiekiem.
