Jandom pozwolił na umieszczenie w stropie klimatyzacji. Mieszkanie poniżej zostało pozbawione izolacji co przyczynia się do ogromnych strat ciepła, ochrony przed wilgocią także. Oświadczam że nie ma drugiej takiej kamienicy w dodatku zabytkowej która ma tak umieszczoną klimatyzację i tak szkodliwej na frontowej ścianie .
