Firma ma totalnie nie profesjonalne podejście do klienta. Na kilka dni przed uroczystością (CHRZEST ŚWIĘTY) wysyłają SMS z informacją, że nie zrobią tortu okolicznościowego na dany dzień z powodu choroby cukiernika. Proponują inny tort - z samym napisem, taki który można kupić codziennie w każdym sklepie cukierniczym . Żadna szanująca się cukiernia nie pozwoliłaby sobie na takie podejście do klienta. Nie polecam !!!
