Zamówiłem u nich ekspres ciśnieniowy - przy zapewnieniu, że z fabrycznego outletu jest pełnosprawny i może mieć tylko niewielkie ślady sporadycznego użytkowania (powystawowy). Ale objęty jest pełną 3-letnią gwarancji. Sprzęt nie zadziałał ani razu. Odesłałem go na drugi dzień. Firma (producent) odmówiła naprawy, twierdząc że nie ma potrzebnej części (pomki wody). Zaproponowali jedynie zwrot pieniędzy. Czuję się oszukany.
