Firma YAVA skrajnie nierzetelna i nieterminowa. Drzwi miały być najlepszej dostępnej jakości z tzw "ciepłego aluminium", czyli znacznie lepszych materiałów niż stare drzwi, a podczas zimy ciągnie od nich jakby były otwarte na oścież. Przy zmianach temperatury drzwi tak pracują, że zimą są szpary, a latem nie można ich domknąć. Zostały zamontowane tak, że po 2 miesiącach zwykłego użytkowania pękła szyba zespolona w nieruchomej części drzwi. Firma YAVA nie reaguje na zgłoszone reklamacje dotyczące jakości samych drzwi jak i montażu produktu.
