I have been operating on the real estate market since 1994. During this time, I worked in financial institutions in positions related to management and property valuation. The current activity under the name OFFICE OF REAL ESTATE (as the owner of the company) I have been running continuously since 2003.

I have extensive experience in the real estate market acquired while working as the owner of a real estate brokerage agency, as well as an appraiser and an expert in real estate valuation and valuation at banks. I am a member of the Silesian Association of Property Appraisers and signatory of the Institute for Monitoring and Analysis of the Silesia Real Estate Market in Katowice. I have completed numerous specialist courses related to the valuation of real estate, including bank training in the field of valuations for mortgage security purposes.

I am valuing real estate for natural and legal persons, banks, enterprises, housing cooperatives, public administration units and other entities. I specialize in the valuation of all types of real estate for the purpose of securing debtors of lenders (banks). I carry out the valuation in a professional, objective and independent manner, with particular diligence, in accordance with applicable law, including the Universal National Professional Standards of Property Appraisers developed by the Polish Federation of Valuers' Associations.
