Na prawdę polecam tą firmę, Pani Wiktoria ogarnia sprawy na wysokim poziomie. Pełny profesjonalizm. Z pod jej ręki wychodzą najlepsze projekty. Jak ktoś z was chce zrobić merch dla artysty bądź inne projekty reklamowe to tylko w Bad Production. Jeszcze raz polecam ;)

Zamówienie złożone 07.06.2024r. Ponad dwa tygodnie później nadal nie mam informacji kiedy zostanie zrealizowane. Regulamin mówi 7 dni, ale widzę, że nikt go nie respektuje.
Po tygodniu ciszy, wysłałam maila. Brak odpowiedzi. Po kilku kolejnych dniach pisałam na Messengerze. Brak odpowiedzi. Znalazłam numer telefonu. Kiedy udało mi się dodzwonić, pani bardzo burkliwym głosem stwierdziła, że zmarł im kierowca i ona nie ma głowy do takich rzeczy i prosi o sms po czym rzuciła słuchawką. Mija tydzień i nadal na sms nie odpowiedziała. Bardzo odpowiedzialne podejście do pracy i kontaktu z klientem. Zaczynam wątpić czy uda mi się dostać tę przesyłkę lub przynajmniej zwrot pieniędzy.

Nie polecam sklepu, po zamówieniu jedna wiadomość o przyjęciu zamówienia. Dopiero po 10 dniach po wysłaniu zapytania, sklep był łaskawy odpowiedzieć, że nie posiada zamówionego towaru. W końcu dostarczono inną płytę ( miała być z autografem).
