Firma Wikon - właściel Pani Wiesława Wysmułek to firma nierzetelna i nieuczciwa. Nie polecam współpracy! Proszę uważać na tę firmę!
Jestem pośrednikiem, który rozpoczął współpracę z ta firma rok temu. Pani Wysmułek dogaduje się, wszystko potwierdza, podaje rękę a po sprzedaży nie rozlicza się według ustaleń. Przyjęła mojego klienta, który kupił od niej dom, a wszelkie nasze ustalenia uznała za nieważne, bo nie podpisałam z nią umowy pisemnej pośrednictwa. Firma jest nieuczciwa, zaprasza do biura, później do nowego domu, traktuje po przyjacielsku, a jak przychodzi czas rozliczenia straszy prawnikiem i żąda umowy na podstawie której dostała rozliczenie wcześniej ustalone na podstawie faktury vat. Umowę zawarliśmy ustna, zważywszy na fakt, ze firma już działa kilka lat na rynku i nasze rozmowy były klarowne i według mnie uczciwe dla każdej ze stron Pani Wysmułek uśpiła moją czujność. Zaprosiła do biura, gdzie ustaliliśmy cały proces sprzedaży.
Ta Pani od początku nie chciała się rozliczyć, kłamała i przesuwała termin rozliczenia aż w końcu przestała odbierać telefon.
Ta firma nie jest uczciwa, jeśli to jej standard to współczuje klientom.
