Since 1994, Wakro has been one of the leaders of Polish companies in the development and production of equipment and components for bulk material installations. In addition to the production of devices, the company also designs and assembles them. The main areas of Wakro's specialization are processes of storing, transporting, mixing, weighing, dosing, cooling, drying and packaging of these raw materials as well as dry air cleaning.

The company employs from 50 to 100 people (depending on the needs).

Offer

Wakro offers its clients:

· Complete plants of dry cement-lime mixtures;

· Complete plants for the production of concrete equipped with storage tanks, mechanical conveyors, crushers, feeders and mixers

· Pneumatic transport installations: high pressure, low pressure, vacuum

· Drum dryers and drying nodes for materials such as sand, coke, ash, coal, artificial fertilizers, glass cullet, clay, concreteite and others;

· Mixers and mixers for making mixtures: cement-lime, bentonite, dry plasters, building chemicals additives and others;

· Automatic weighing and dosing lines; volumetric (volumetric) and gravimetric (weight) dispensers

· Silos and storage stations with the possibility of pneumatic or gravity loading using a bucket feeder

· Belt conveyors in the open or closed version (dustproof) and pipe conveyors;

· Screw conveyors: tubular and trough;

· Bucket conveyors;

· Installations and equipment for dust removal; bag pulsing filters, cyclone filters and filter cyclones

· Bentonite devices such as: calenders, roller crushers, compactors, mixers;

· Steel industrial structures (halls, silos, bridges, etc.)

· Stations for unloading and loading Big-Bag sacks

The company's offer also includes special versions of devices that can be used in explosive atmospheres.

All offered products are individually selected according to the needs and requirements of the customer. The company also offers non-standard equipment, and the team of designers and constructors provides expert assistance and technical advice in determining the client's needs.

Markets

The main recipients and clients of Wakro are companies dealing with construction chemicals and raw material producers for these companies, as well as cement and lime plants, bentonite and energy producers.

Ok. 40% of the company's production is sold abroad. Drying nodes, dust filters, bucket conveyors, storage silos, bentonite processing lines and pneumatic transport devices are the most popular. To this sweat Wakro company supplied equipment to such countries as: Germany, France, England, Spain, Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Romania, Hungary, Serbia, Iceland, Armenia, Iran and Mexico.

Research and development

Since 2010, Wakro has in its organizational structures a Research and Implementation Department whose main goal is to: introduce innovative solutions to the products offered by the company and develop and implement new products.

The Research and Implementation Department conducts works related to:

· Creating new products and solutions,

· Improving the products offered,

· Conducting research and analysis of bulk materials in terms of the best selection of production and processing equipment,

· Conducting testing tests of machines and technological lines,

· Optimization of technological parameters of products offered by Wakro,

· Implementation of new technologies for manufacturing machines and devices at Wakro,

· Development and construction of measurement and research stands,

· Developing innovative solutions.

Thanks to the involvement and work of the Research and Implementation Department, Wakro has developed many innovative solutions in the products offered and has its own know-how in the design and manufacture of machinery and equipment. In the case of several of its strategic and innovative solutions, the company applied for a patent in the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland.

Quality systems

In 2005, Wakro implemented the Quality Management System ISO 9001 in accordance with PN-EN 9001: 2001, which was later adapted to the requirements of the new PN-EN 9001: 2009 standard. In 2012, we implemented the Integrated System compliant with PN-EN 1090-1 and PN-EN ISO 3834-2.

Technical capabilities

The Wakro company is constantly expanding. In 2011, the construction of the shot-blasting plant was completed - the investment was co-financed from the European Union funds. In 2012, we used co-financing from the European Union funds and completed the construction of a professional paint shop. We are currently in the process of building a production hall for plasma cutting, this investment is also co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund. Next year, the construction of a Bulk Materials Laboratory and welding processes is planned.

In addition, in the production process of machinery and equipment, the company uses highly specialized machines for cutting processes, hole routing, bending, grinding welding, etc. You can mention here: CNC press brake, CNC guillotine, profile mill, CNC machine for sheet metal, etc.

Designers responsible for the design of machines and devices have the appropriate CAD software to perform drawings in 2D and 3D.
