The Board has the broadest powers to perform all acts zwązanych management company and take decisions on behalf of the company. If the board does not make extraordinary delegation, every act of binding the company must be signed by two board members who do not need to show to third parties any special delegation. Any such legal action as plaintiff or defendant, are made on behalf of the company by a member of the board or a special proxy. The company may be represented abroad by one board member or other person employed for this purpose by the Board. It is the duty of that person, directed and supervised by the Board, is representing the company's interests to the authorities of foreign countries and making any resolutions of the board relating to this country.
