Dramat. To niemożliwe, że takie firmy jeszcze funkcjonują na rynku. Utrzymują się chyba z naiwności bezbronnych Klientów. Brak profesjonalizmu, brak wiedzy, brak umiejętności. Katastrofa na budowie. Rzeczoznawca załamał ręce.
