Niestety muszę podzielić się negatywnym doświadczeniem związanym z usługami VENTOR SERWIS ROBERT DOBROSZ. W momencie realizacji usługi okazało się, że działalność firmy jest zawieszona od roku, mimo to Robert Dobrosz świadczy usługi i posługuje się pieczątką firmową. Po zgłoszeniu reklamacji mój numer został zablokowany, co uniemożliwiło dalszy kontakt. W związku z powyższymi okolicznościami sprawa zostanie skonsultowana z prawnikiem i, jeśli będzie to uzasadnione, zgłoszona odpowiednim służbom. Zdecydowanie zalecam ostrożność.

Ostrzegam przed tym panem i firmą Ventor Serwis Naprawa Okien. Cena usługi z kosmosu (580 zł za uszczelnienie dwóch okien). Przy próbie złożenia telefonicznej reklamacji (jedno okno nadal przecieka) Pan Robert rozłączył się i zablokował mój numer telefonu. Rachunek za usługę to ręcznie napisany świstek papieru z pieczątką i obietnicą gwarancji na 1 rok...
