Company is represented by each partner, who is responsible for the obligations of the partnership without limitation (the general partner). If the general partner is a legal person, partnership or commercial, it represents the company to the rules relating to representation of the legal person, or commercial partnership. This does not exclude the possibility of establishing a sole proprietorship or a company proxy tissue and limits the rights of proxies under the provisions of the Procura. General Partner appoints and dismisses proxies. At present, the company is the general partner varsovia & Partners Sp. Z oo. The Board is single. Chairman of the board is danuta krystyna kajdan- board member entitled to a single representation.
