Zleciliśmy gruntowny remont mieszkania około 45m2 po pożarze (wymiana paneli, zeskrobanie starej farby, szpachlowanie, malowanie).
Krótko podsumuję współpracę z firmą KrisBud i panem Krzysztofem Wójcikiem – właścicielem firmy:
- nie odbiera telefonu i nie oddzwania przez wiele dni,
- nie dotrzymuję terminu realizacji,
- zawyżył metraż w kosztorysie (o prawie 10 m2), a tym samym koszt remontu,
- jakość wykonanych robót to porażka – „byle jak, aby szybciej”,
- obiecywał, że zacznie po niedzieli, po czym okazywało się, że jest na innej budowie,
- wydziera się z nerwami po zwróceniu mu uwagi, że jest źle pomalowane,
- na zwrócenie uwagi, żeby coś poprawić odpowiadał: sami sobie to poprawcie, to tylko 10 minut zajmie.
Jeżeli ktoś chce zmarnować czas, nerwy, pieniądze i mieć kiepsko wykonany remont to jest to idealna firma. W przeciwnym wypadku od razu za drzwi wyrzucić Pana Krzysztofa W. jak również jego firmę.
