To carry out transactions exceeding the scope of ordinary activities general partner requires the consent of both board members. 3. The operations in excess of the normal field of general partner in particular: a / providing or borrowing or guarantees; B / C encumbrance of assets of the company / purchasing and selling on the basis of any legal titles of fixed assets and property rights.
