F wspolwłasciciele spolki kłamliwi, nieuczciwi podkladaja klientom wzorcowe umowy posrednictwa usług pobytowych z abuzywna klauzula w umowach vide pkt. 6 i zawłaszczaja sobie kary niewspolmierne tj 50 % ad hoc bez względu na przyczyny rezygnacji.wystawiaja potwierdzenia z kwotami bez podatku vat co powoduje ich niemoznośc odliczania w przypadkach ulg podatkowych oraz nie wystawiaj afaktur zwrotu (korekta faktury?) bez podatku vat czyniac tym naduzycia i nienalezne korzysci ( zysk bez podatku) co na to Urzad Skarbowy, Rzecznik etc
