Budynek przy ulicy Krasickiego oddany do użytku kilka lat temu nadal posiada wady, których deweloper nadal nie naprawił, największym problemem jest woda w fundamencie, którą widać przez wycięte w posadzce dziury, które miały "osuszyć" budynek, przez tyle lat deweloper nie był w stanie nic z tym zrobić, ściany w piwnicy mają skute tynki, bo były mokre, a jak mocno popada to z sufitu w pomieszczeniu z komórkami lokatorskimi woda leci z sufitu. Deweloper obecnie buduje w pobliżu stawu Foryśka, po przygodach z wodą w tym budynku osobiście odradziłbym zakupu mieszkania w tamtej inwestycji.
