We operate on many levels - we buy and sell real estate, rent office space and carry out construction projects in the Silesian Agglomeration. We apply criteria for selecting tenants so that their activities are neutral for the rest, and the flexibility of our offer guarantees long and fruitful cooperation. Currently, our showcase is two large and modern office buildings located in the city center: Piekary Śląskie - an office building put into use in 2010. and a new building in Tarnowskie Góry, which was picked up in August 2012.
