Trafo Tech limited liability company was established in 2008. Using the technology of transforming low-power transformers with plastics, we started as the only - so far - production of toroidal transformers based on the technology of electrostatic non-invasive isolation of transformers with the use of plastics. The developed technology allows to make transformers with hermetic insulation, resistant to moisture, chemical pollution and living organisms. Transformers insulated with this technology can work in severe climatic conditions, eg marine, tropical. At the same time a new construction of winders for toroidal transformers was developed, characterized by high simplicity of construction, constant winding of the winding cable and low price in production. The company uses in its production and in new construction solutions the latest achievements of global technology and manufacturing techniques. The basic duty of substantive employees is to keep track of world novelties also in fields seemingly not related to current production. We use special solutions in the fields of electronics, electrical engineering, metal smelting technologies, their plastic processing, metal coatings, processing technology and the selection of plastics.
