Koszmar. Brak kontaktu, oferty zawyżone, ceny nierynkowe, trzy lata z rzędu firma wystawia fakturę za ubezpieczenie i traktuje to jako przedstawienie klientowi oferty (dodzwonić się tam, dramat) korespondencja mailową od półtora miesiąca, brak kontaktu ze strony pracowników asekum po informacji że zawieram polisę o 3 tysiące tańsza, narażają klienta na kontakt z firmą - przesyłam od trzech tygodni certyfikat umowy i nikt nie odpisuje ze mam zawrzeć jasno sprecyzowany komunikat o rezygnacji z poprzedniej polisy i nieprzedłużanie jej, przepraszam najmocniej, a o czym rozmawiamy od półtora miesiąca. Faktura za ubezpieczenie „wisi” w windykacji w związku z tym i zostaje narażona na kolejne koszty…brak słów, niekompetencja, straty moralne.
