Firma wykonywała kompleksowy remont mieszkania. Niestety płytki kładzione były na placki, zaczęły pękać i odklejać się już po miesiącu. Ponad rok umawiania się na naprawę, umawiając się na 8 pracownik przychodzi dwie godziny później i bez narzędzi. Dramat.
