The owner of the law firm, after postgraduate studies in law, is also a specialist in commercial law. For many years he managed the Polish - Belgian consulting company Business Mobility International Sp. z o. o., specializing in obtaining subsidies from the European Union for business ventures and public facilities (schools, sewage treatment plants, sports facilities). In his professional career he managed a large rural commune and a special economic zone. Has the ability to build a company's strategy and build repair programs (restructuring) of business ventures and enterprises, which was won by an annual course in Brussels organized by one of the largest consulting companies in the world, Deloitte & Touche. At the end of the nineties, he was a member of one of the subcommittees of the Social Council of the Economic Committee of the Council of Ministers, advising two deputy prime ministers from the affairs of the country's economy. It is open to new challenges as long as it entails solving difficult cases or implementing complex projects. Tomasz Sikora & Partners cooperates with several law firms and a business psychologist on a daily basis. He is the originator and creator of the Main Inspectorate of Ownership Supervision, whose aim is to protect all forms of ownership.
