Z firmą SOLEO PV podjąłem współpracę w czerwcu 2020r. Przygotowanie oferty przez handlowca i analiza działu technicznego przebiegała szybko, ale niestety na odległość co jak się okazało było błędem z mojej stronie oceniając w perspektywie czasu. Następnie podpisaliśmy umowę już w domu, po czym sprawny, profesjonalny montaż w lipcu i instalacja odpaliła bez problemu. Na tym kończą się dobre strony firmy SOLEO PV. Posiadam falownik Huawei SUN2000 5KTL-M0 oraz 16 modułów Q.PEAK.DUO-G5 335 gdzie 7 x płd.-wsch. + 9 x zach.-płn. Po analizie ilości energii oddanej do sieci w pierwszym półroczu niestety wykresy pokazują znaczny spadek mocy w okresie do południowym ze względu na częściowe zacienienie przez drzewo sąsiada. Sygnalizowałem zacienienie na etapie planowania rozmieszczenia modułów, zdałem się na opinię obsługi SOLEO PV co do układu instalacji. W styczniu pierwszy raz dzwoniłem i wysłałem prośbę o monitoring i audyt instalacji, nawet z dołożeniem 3 modułów, informując o słabych osiągach. Przedstawiciel SOLEO PV Pan Marcin A. obiecał wielokrotnie zajęcie się moją sprawą i przesłanie oferty. Od tamtej pory kilkanaście razy dzwoniłem, wysyłałem SMSy i maile. Rozmowy polegały jedynie na przeciąganiu terminu. Z racji braku konkretów ze strony Pana Marcina zgłosiłem sprawę do biura SOLEO PV telefonicznie i mailowo. Efekt ten sam – mydlenie oczu i obietnice przekazania tematu przełożonemu Pana Marcina. Podsumowując polecam jedynie monterów firmy SOLEO PV, natomiast jak historia wsp
