PRINTING

We make prints on fabrics in DTG and TERMOTRANSFER digital printing technology. We offer printing both in units as well as in short and medium series. Our offer is addressed to small, medium and large companies, advertising and marketing agencies, wholesale and retail recipients as well as to individual customers.

DIGITAL PRINT DTG (direct-to-garment) is a very young technology in the clothing decorating and marking industry that relies on digital t-shirt printers. It is ideal for low-cost, full-color or personalized overprint projects. This technology allows for perfect reproduction of colors and tonal transitions. The paint is undetectable on the fabric, does not argue and does not fade. The print is durable and very accurate, and the lack of prepress costs ensures print profitability from just one piece. The price of printing depends only on its size and total circulation (each design in one order may be different).

We have a BROTHER GT-341 printer whose perfect and reliable Japanese technology ensures the highest quality of printing. The maximum printable area is 40x45 cm, resolution up to 1200 dpi. We print in a full range of CMYK on white and light fabrics. The printer does not have a white background option, which is necessary when printing on black and very dark materials. You can successfully make a project in black on a colored shirt.

Ecological certificate Oeko-Tex 100, Class1 guarantees that prints made in digital technology on BROTHER GT series devices can be used on children's clothing, allergy sufferers, health care etc. The material for printing can be any fabric with a minimum of 50% cotton in composition. We print on T-shirts, blouses, bags, pillow cases etc.

The TERMOTRANSFER technique allows to obtain a permanent print, but limits the amount of colors used and excludes the effect of shading or color toning. We work on high-quality films and a thermal transfer press from the American company STAHLS - the global leader on the market.

• FLEX FOIL is a material made of high quality matt polyurethane film, laminated with thermally activated adhesive. Designed for thermal transfer on textiles. Thanks to its elasticity and softness, it is pleasant to touch. It does not reflect light. It can be used on work clothes, sports and recreational clothing and as a decorative element on textiles. Flex is suitable for use on cotton, polyester and mixed fabrics: cotton / polyester and polyester / acrylic.

• FLOCK FOIL is a high quality material based on cellulose fibers. Thanks to the use of high and dense fibers, it has a characteristic texture and depth of color. Flock is used to create prints on work clothes, sports and recreational clothing and as a decorative element on textiles. It can be used on cotton, polyester and mixed fabrics: cotton / polyester and polyester / acrylic.
