Ceiling (ceiling joists, if any) is made of attested, planed four-sided, chamber-dried spruce wood of S4S type with a small increment of 45x200mm in a 625mm or 400mm module, depending on static calculations with strength class C24. The joists are mounted on a sheep wool foundation, which reduces vibrations and eliminates thermal bridges. Wooden joists are covered with a milled OSB plate with a thickness of 22mm, which additionally stiffens the structure.
The roof structure is made of rafter made of certified wood, four-sided planed, chamber dried spruce wood KVH type with a small increment of 60x200mm in module 625mm with strength class C24. As additional structural elements (wall sheets, purlins) we use KVH wood with a cross-section of 140x140mm or, respectively, with increased geometry depending on static calculations. The construction meets the building load requirements of 4.5kN / m2 for a 27-degree inclination angle. The roof structure is stiffened with a 12mm thick OSB panel and fastened with steel bands as a protection against possible vertical deviation or wind construction. In addition, the roof is covered with a vapor permeable roof membrane and roofing patches with dimensions of 45x45mm attested planed four-sided, dried chamber-type spruce wood with a small increment in the spacing corresponding to the type of roof sheathing.
There is a possibility of additional covering of external walls of the building with glass fiber on a polyurethane resin or application of thermal insulation paint to increase the thermal resistance (reduction of heat losses) and to perform a compression test of the building.
From the inside, we recommend using natural wool insulation with a heat transfer coefficient of 0.04 W / mK. In addition to thermal insulation properties, sheep wool has excellent sound-absorbing properties, purifies the air, protects against harmful emissions of chemical substances, electromagnetic waves and water veins. It is characterized by high hygroscopicity - it absorbs moisture and releases it when the humidity changes without losing the insulation parameters.
Due to the harmful effect on man in many countries, it is forbidden to use polyurethane-based materials from the inside. Sheep wool is an ideal material for sealing woodwork as a replacement for PU assembly foam.
