Each of the partners has the right to manage the affairs of the company in terms of exceeding the scope of ordinary activities of the company. To represent the company in matters that cause incurring obligations or disposal of assets of the company, to the value of 50,000.00 zł inclusive, you are entitled to any of the partners alone. In cases that result in incurring obligations or disposal of assets of the company, with a value in excess of 50,000.00 zł, you need the cooperation of all partners.
