Odradzam korzystanie z firmy Telecube. Klient nie czuje się tam komfortowo, nie jest traktowany po partnersku. Korzystałem z ich usług od wielu lat i wielokrotnie byłem bardzo zawiedziony w jaki sposób zostałem potraktowany. Tym razem rozstanę się z nimi na dobre. W skrócie moje niektóre problemy: zmiana parametrów usługi skutkująca nie działającym oprogramowaniem, brak realizacji połączeń z niektórymi numerami, długie oczekiwanie na usunięcie awarii, wyłączenie świadczenia usługi (brak mojej terminowej wpłaty) a po dokonaniu płatności i przesłaniu potwierdzenia dalsza odmowa włączenia usługi w oczekiwaniu na fizyczne pojawienie się wpłaty na ich rachunku przez co naraża naszych klientów na brak kontaktu z naszą firmą oraz naraża nas na straty finansowe znacznych rozmiarów, odmowa obniżenia rachunku za okres nieświadczenia usługi, dodatkowe obciążenia finansowe za przesłanie emaila z przypomnieniem braku wpłaty. Jest to zdecydowanie firma, którą należy omijać szerokim łukiem.
