Buty z tego sklepu tragedia. 2-3 miesiące i po butach. Reklamacji oczywiście nie uwzględniają. Sugerują że buty po 2 mues mają prawi się rozkleić. Nie polecam.

Mam taką samą sytuację jak opisana przez Andi ! po 6 miesiącach materiał w butach marki Adidas za 380zł przetarły się i reklamacja nie została uznana. Dodam jeszcze, że w innych butach nie mam takich problemów, nie mam wad ortopedycznych.

Po 8 miesiącach użytkowania sneekersów firmy adidas materiał wewnątrz obuwia się przetarł.Na złożoną reklamację odpisano mi że moje stopy posiadają cechy biomechaniczne i dlatego uległy przetarciu.Kompletna bzdura ponieważ takich sneekersów posiadałem kilkanaście i nie był problemu.Nie kupujcie u nich .Kieruję sprawę do rzecznika konsumentów.

Reklamacji nie uznaje ich specjalista ds. reklamacji. Najlepiej gdyby buty stały w szafie to by się nie zniszczyły ale jak się chodzi to się rozklejają i gwarancja tego nie obejmuje w rozumieniu p. Magdaleny - specjalistki. NIE POLECAM!!!
