Hello, the owner of this company sold me tiles for the amount of PLN 2,200. A very large number of these tiles have scratch-type defects, there are many dents on the edges. Mr. Michał Cieślikiewicz from the company SZKŁOMANIA.PL Sp. z o. o. Wola Załężna 5 26-300 Opoczno Tel .: 508-967-216 after the phone call, they stated that the tiles that were delivered 3 days ago were not stored properly and that they had no defects. The photos of the defective tiles were sent, but Mr. Michał Cieślikiewicz informed me that I should return the tiles at my expense. I am asking this company to explain to me why the buyer has to cover the shipping costs as a return of the defective goods, I will add that the second option we presented to this gentleman was to replace the defective goods with a correct one without defects ... but the seller did not respond in any way to complaints.
