WItam,wlasciciel tej firmy sprzedal mi plytki na kwotę 2200 zl .Bardzo duża ilość z tych płytek ma wady typu zarysowania, na krawędziach jest sporo uszczerbków .

po rozmowie telefonicznej stwierdzili,ze zle przechowywała plytki ktore dostarczy 3 dnie temu i nie maja wad.Zdjecia wadliwych płytek zostały wysłane ,jednak Pan Michał Cieślikiewicz poinformował mnie ,ze powinnam zwrócić plytki na swoja koszt. Prosze aby ta firma wyjaśniła mi ,dlaczego kupujący ma pokrywać koszty wysyłki jako zwrot wadliwego towaru,Dodam,ze druga opcja jaka przedstawiliśmy temu Panu,byla wymiana wadliwego towaru na prawidłowy bez wad...jednak sprzedawca nie odniósł,sie w żaden sposób w sprawie reklamacji.
