1.The behalf of documents relating to financial liabilities are signed by two board members acting jointly. 2.Oświadczenie will on behalf of the Association consists of the President or Vice-President or Secretary. 3. In case of inability to sign the documents by the two board members, the third member of the board may authorize in writing a person outside of the board to sign the documents related to financial liabilities.
