The plant in Brodnica, next to the assembly halls equipped with the highest class steel processing equipment, has a 15m x 6m blasting chamber for abrasive blasting. We offer the service of abrasive blasting of sections, sheet metal, steel construction elements and other metal elements, which is a necessary activity preceding the process of painting, metallization, galvanizing, and galvanizing of steel. Our technological line allows for fully automatic cleaning of steel by blasting the surface of the product with steel shot with different granulation. We clean steel in the range of 4 degrees of corrosion from A - D. Depending on the needs, we can obtain four classes of cleaned material from Sa 1 - Sa 3: from coarse to visually clean metallic steel (according to PN-ISO 8501).

We also carry out anti-corrosion coatings. The anti-corrosion department has a high-quality equipment for spray metallization, anticorrosion protection by airless spray with a 71: 1 ratio, which allows us to grant a guarantee for 50 years.
