Enco - light formwork systems

The Enco formwork frame is made of durable steel flat bar and stiffened with steel profiles and filled with waterproof, high quality plywood, which ensures high durability of the product and high quality of the walls. The steel elements are galvanized.

This system is equipped with practical and easy to use locks, allowing for quick assembly and disassembly. Lightweight construction (an average of 26 kg / m2) and the size of individual elements (up to 1.5 x 1.0 m) provides easy operation, without the use of a crane or crane. This system allows for walls up to a height of 3 meters, construction of beams, columns, retaining walls, cornices, small foundations for single-family houses, elevator shafts, etc.

STEN system

Available dimensions of plates: 30, 40, 60, 90, 135 x 270 cm. Permanent and adjustable internal corners.

Half sizes of slabs and corners are also available. Weight 1m² is approx. 80 kg. The formwork panels are made of 4mm thick steel sheet, which ensures high strength and high quality of the walls they are made of.

The system is equipped with practical and easy-to-use wedge and bolt locks, compatible with popular Peri, Ulma etc. systems. It is possible to mount formwork in any configuration.

ALSINA system

Available dimensions of plates: 20, 25, 30, 40, 60, 80, 100, 200 x 300 cm. Fixed and adjustable internal corners. One-m 2 weight is approx. 70 kg.

The shuttering boards are filled with waterproof plywood, and thanks to the 14 cm high profile, the formwork has been stiff.

This system is characterized by the ease and simplicity of assembly, does not require specialized knowledge.

Irreplaceable when making retaining walls and long sections of walls; both in industrial and residential construction.

LIGHT STATE PADDING SYSTEM "STEN"

The system consists of panels whose frames are made of profiles and the sheeting made of steel sheet, which ensures high quality of the concrete elements and high durability of formwork. Using STEN panels, it is possible to make poles with dimensions of 20 - 70 cm with a square and rectangular cross-section.

The holes in the frame allow you to connect the panels with each other, using ordinary M16 screws and nuts, so you can shutter columns with sides longer than 70 cm. For connecting at an angle of 90 °, the panels have fixed screws and nuts, which allows for very quick and accurate mounting of the formwork, and recesses in the panels facilitate assembly and disassembly using a carpenter's plinth.

Panel weights range from 59 to 110 kg, which makes it possible to assemble formwork without using a crane. Ease of assembly convinces for the use of metal formwork, and saving time compared to the wooden boards used on Polish construction sites brings measurable economic benefits.
