We paid Mr. Sylwester Wojech over PLN 60,000. PRE-PAYMENTS for the execution of the ceiling of partition walls and chimneys and, according to the annexes, first the works were to be completed by 31-10-2020, then by 31-01-2021, then by 31-03-2021. What the gentlemen did not fulfill - they only knocked down a few boards on the first floor. I have never made it difficult for them to work before 31-03-2021, but after half a year from the original deadline of 31-11-2020 and information about price increases, I decided that I would not wait for the honorable Mr. FACHOFCA anymore and I would not let him do my construction work anymore landfills and advertising (the so-called construction in Bytom from advertisements). You manipulate the information because, according to the declaration signed by you on New Year's Eve, you received all your belongings from us on April 27, 2021. The contract was terminated due to the fault of the contractor - because he failed to meet the next deadlines several times. PS The gentlemen left behind one big SYF !! on the construction site, despite the fact that they will keep order in the contract, the new company has to clean up after them for 3 days. WARNING Mr. Sylwester and Mr. Łukasz working for him have cheated us and still have not returned the money that we need to complete the construction. If you do not want to be left without money, BE CAREFUL TO COOPERATE WITH THEM

A disaster. They took the money in tranches. They received the last tranches and did not appear any more. The roof is not finished. We signed 3 annexes to the agreement to end everything. They have penalties somewhere for not finishing. I do not recommend.
