SuperSpecjalista is a company focused on outsourcing for companies, based on people with several years of experience in the real estate segment. The start-up took place in August 2010. Initially, our assumption was to create a portal to service construction renovation orders, however, despite the successes achieved in this service market, the construction services market slowly became unattractive and did not allow us to develop at a satisfactory rate. Therefore, based on extensive personal experience in the industry of cleaning services and broadly understood knowledge of real estate services, we have decided to change the profile of operations. It turned out to be a great idea, and so in 2011 we started with the work of further cleaning (based on previous contacts in this market). In a short time, we focused on acquiring regular customers for continuous cleaning services. The end of the year 2011 and above all the year 2012 is the time of intensive acquisition of customers. In mid-2012, we started talks with key clients, which resulted in the expansion of activities throughout the country (December 2012). In the meantime, we started the process of improving the company - training, professional suppliers, chemistry, machinery, quality standards, flexibility, professional staff.

It all caused that in our portfolio of clients we have recognized brands on the market, often global global concerns. We also serve small business while learning a lot of flexibility and transferring it to the standards of servicing large customers. It causes that we are close to the client and we quickly respond to his needs, according to the motto:

Adapting to market needs, the SuperFLEX concept was created - a flexible service with the possibility of partial time management by our clients (cost optimization). By the way, we create other business concepts and adapt to the needs of customers by doing other jobs for them.
We also know that the goal of outsourcing is to achieve better economic goals: increasing revenues, reducing costs, and thus improving financial results and limiting the economic risk of operations. Thanks to the support of our company, our Contractors have the opportunity to focus on the activity forming the basis of their business, being sure that the side activity is in the hands of reliable professionals.
Considering our intense and sustainable development (increase in turnover and quality of services), we plan to double the turnover in 2015. The company's mission still remains "WE ARE GLOBALLY THINKING LOCALLY" - we are still developing and growing but in the eyes of the customer we are flexible, we react quickly, we do not create unnecessary procedures. In short, for the client, we still want to be perceived as a small and super flexible partner.
