Tragedia. Kupiłem w leasingu nowego Renault master. Po przejechaniu 50 km, silnik w aucie uległ poważnemu uszkodzeniu. Natychmiast poinformowałem osobę wyznaczoną do obsługi mojego leasingu. Dowiedziałem się, że to problem Renault w ramach gwarancji. Po diagnozie w serwisie, Renault odmawia naprawy w ramach gwarancji, twierdząc że firma źle przechowywała auto. Dodam, że zostałem również oszukany na czas gwarancji. Powinno być 2 lata, a w serwisie dowiedziałem się że zostało już tylko 6 miesięcy gwarancji. Mija miesiąc, nikt nie raczył się ze mną skontaktować w celu rozwiązania problemu. Telefonu oczywiście też nie odbierają. Sprawa oczywiście znajdzie swój finał w sądzie.
Dopóki chcą sprzedać auto, wszystko jest super. Po wyjechaniu za bramę kontakt się urywa. Nawet osoba wyznaczona do kontaktu ma całą sytuację w poważaniu.
